Freight Instructions for Different Food Types

Perishable & Wet Food
- Shrink wrap securely to prevent movement and contamination.
- Make sure you use the correct size of container for your goods.
- Secure cargo inside the container with bubble wrap or paper to avoid internal movement.
- Use stretch wrap to weatherproof cartons and secure the load. Invest in strong stretch wrap.
Dry Food
- Shrink wrap to avoid movement during transit.
- No special temperature requirements; keep away from heat/moisture.
Liquid Food
- Ensure tight sealing to prevent leaks; use waterproof containers.
- Use refrigerated or ambient temperature-controlled trucks as needed.
Frozen Food
- Use frozen trucks; maintain -10°F to 0°F throughout the journey.
- Secure packaging with shrink wrap or straps; use moisture-resistant materials.
